Liposuction and Breast Reduction Case #6500

54 year old female who is 5'3" and weighs 190 pounds underwent bilateral breast reduction for symptomatic large breasts. A vertical breast reduction was performed with a combination of liposuction and removal of breast tissue and skin utiliizing a lollipop incision with a short inframammary fold (breast fold) incision. Her bra size was reduced from a 44 DD to a 44 C. Her back, shoulder, and neck pain were eliminated after undergoing the procedure.
