56-year old female 5'1" and weighing 178 pounds underwent bilateral breast reduction for symptomatic large breasts. A vertical breast reduction was performed with a combination of liposuction and removal of breast tissue and skin utilizing a lollipop incision. Her bra size was reduced from a 38DD to a 38C. Her back, shoulder, and neck pain were eliminated after undergoing the procedure.
