35-year old female 5'5" and weighing 128 pounds underwent bilateral breast reduction for symptomatic large breasts. A vertical breast reduction was performed with a combination of liposuction and removal of breast tissue and skin utilizing a lollipop incision. Her bra size was reduced from a 36 DD to a 36 C. Her back, shoulder, and neck pain were eliminated after undergoing the procedure.
