This 56-year old female who is 5'6" weighing 198 pounds was concerned with loose abdominal skin, muscle laxity, and droopy breasts. She underwent an abdominoplasty, medial thighs lipo-sculpting, and tightening of her abdominal wall. She also underwent a vertical lollipop mastopexy and reduced her 40D cup to a 40C cup and improved her breast shape.
